Returns within the UK are accepted, but please ensure that all orders are returned within the 14-day return period starting from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be new and unused. We cannot accept items that show signs of being worn, washed, or altered. Please store the item in a clean, dry, and smoke-free environment.

As the customer, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in a right of action against you for compensation.

If your return is rejected where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

Please note that returns are not accepted for personalized/custom-made, pre-orders and sale items.

Take in mind Everything Butta is a reseller and not a manufacturer. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for the performance, durability, or longevity of the products sold. Refunds are not provided once a product is used.

To start a return request please email us at hello@everythingbutta.com on approval of your return request we will provide you with a return address. Do not send items to any other address than the one provided by us via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for retrieving items sent to alternative addresses.

Please use a Royal Mail Tracked option for the return shipment. Do not use ParcelForce, as it must be returned using Royal Mail only. Please note that Everything Butta is not responsible for the shipping costs of the return. No refunds will be given for any items lost in transit.

When returning items, make sure they are in the same condition as when they were sent, with all original tags and packaging, including the shoe box, securely intact. Damaged boxes or tags are considered part of the item and may affect the return eligibility. Please ensure that items are securely shipped in a box and not a bag.

In the unlikely event that the wrong size or product is sent by Everything Butta, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 days in its original packaging, unused condition, and in a resalable state. Shipping costs will be reimbursed in this case.

Once we have received your return we will inspect it and inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected for a refund. If approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method the full amount minus shipping cost within 7-10 working days.
